Choirs and Choruses/Concert Presentations
The King Island Christmas songbook can be purchased by choral organizations and school choirs for use in concert presentations. Orchestra parts and conductor scores are not available for purchase, but can be rented. Following are the rates as well as information about royalty fees for concert presentations:

The weekly rental rate does not apply to rehearsal weeks. Scores are made available at no charge for two months prior to the opening performance. Scores must be returned to us no later than 7 days following your final performance.
The King Island Christmas orchestration contains parts for the following instruments: Bass, Bassoon, Cello, Clarinet, Flute, Guitar, Harp, Horn, Keyboard, Keyboard Alt., Oboe, Percussion, Percussion Alt., Trombone, Trumpet 1 & 2, Tuba, Viola, Violin and Conductor Score.

If your organization is planning to do a concert or stage-concert version of King Island Christmas, you may want to consider using our performance-tested Stage Director's Manual.
Because King Island Christmas is more than a musical presentation--it is a story told through song--we have discovered that concert presentations of the work must be focused by a stage director so the audience will be able to follow the story. We have developed a simple set of stage instructions to help you do this. These instructions were developed over the course of numerous concert presentations of King Island Christmas and have been tested before thousands of audience members. If followed, they will turn your concert presentation into an exciting and thrilling experience for your audience. Staging charts which outline where characters should sit, stand and move are included throughout the libretto.
The Director’s Manual is rented on a weekly basis
for performance weeks only. There is no charge for rehearsal weeks..
Stage Director’s Manual
$20/week plus shipping
A refundable security deposit is required on all score rentals. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of our receiving back all scores. Costs for the initial shipping of the scores will be deducted from your security deposit, as will costs for any damage to the scores
